HIGH-CAPACITY THRESHING CYLINDER

The high capacity of the threshing drum on the L-series is a result of its large 600-mm diameter. It guarantees perfect threshing results with a clean sample and less cracked grain. Due to its higher inertia, the threshing cylinder runs very smoothly, even under difficult harvesting conditions, yet the grain and straw are handled very gently. Eight counter-rotating rasp bars already guarantee effective crop separation during the threshing process.

 

Robust concave

The concave has differential wire spacing in the front and rear sections. The front area has narrow wire spacing (14.1 mm) for intensive threshing. At the rear, the wire spacing is wider, for better separation. A universal concave can salso be specified for customers who require quick change from small grain to large grain and back again enhanced separation capacity.

ABC MODUL (ACTIVE BEATER CONCAVE)

The standard combine version features the Active Beater concave (ABC Module), an extension of the concave on the beater. The ABC module provides additional concave wrap and the straw is fed directly and very uniformly onto the straw walkers. That further optimises the separation performance of the machine.
