Gold for the 936 Vario in Bulgaria
The annual AGRA trade fair in Bulgaria, held at the beginning of the year, was a complete success for Fendt in 2009. The high-horsepower Fendt 936 Vario received the only gold medal that was awarded at the trade fair. Operating comfort, as well as profitability through innovative technical solutions, convinced the jury. The jury was also impressed by the design of the 936 Vario, which was presented in the colour “pure white” at the AGRA.

936 Vario – the “medal collector”

The Bulgarian Agricultural Minister, Valeri Tzvetanov, and Peter-Josef Paffen, AGCO Vice President and Spokesman of the Fendt Management Board, had the honour of uncloaking the 936 Vario, which was kept covered with a white cloth until the opening of the trade fair. Netzo Minev, Business Manager of the Fendt importer ZLATEX, welcomed the prominent visitors to the stand and accepted the gold medal with great pleasure.
With this gold medal, the 936 Vario has become a true “medal collector”. The benefits of comfort and innovations for increasing efficiency and ease of operation are also becoming more important in Eastern Europe.

Fendt experience

Visitors had the exciting opportunity to experience Fendt at the ZLATEX stand. For example, an 820 Vario was jacked up using its rear hydraulics and the Vario joystick was moved to the outside of the tractor. In this way, visitors could control the impressive acceleration from the outside and experience the power of the 820 Vario for themselves.
ZLATEX also demonstrated the strength of the 900 Vario. One Fendt 200 each was mounted on the front and rear power lift, which the 900 Vario lifted with ease. The Fendt stand was a must-see attraction for the visitors to the trade fair in Bulgaria.
