The local data protection regulations and the regulations for determining the credit rating (calculation of a so-called scoring value) that are available for inspection on the websites of the payment service providers apply.

Registration is required to be able to use all the convenience functions for the Fendt shop. This involves entering your first name and surname, as well as a valid e-mail address and password. An e-mail will be sent to this address with an activation link as part of the validation by means of a “double opt-in” process.

The user can add further personal information and delivery information within the registered account. This information can be amended by the user at any time.

If the address information has been saved in the user's account, this will not be requested again in the course of further orders.

During the registration process, you have the option to choose whether you wish to sign up for a newsletter that contains information about the latest products, offers and vouchers. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by clicking on “Unsubscribe” in the newsletter.

If you should forget your password for the Fendt online shop, it is possible to have this information resent after first entering your contact details (e-mail address). Data that is collected as part of the ‘Forgotten password’ function will only be used to resend forgotten passwords.

Google Analytics uses various technologies, including so-called "cookies", which are saved on your computer and which make it possible to analyse how visitors use the web pages. Cookies are small text files that are stored locally in the web page user's internet browser cache. Cookies enable the recognition of the internet browser. The information obtained by Google Analytics regarding the use of the web pages are transferred to the Google servers that are managed in countries outside of the EU and also outside of the EEA where required. By activating the IP anonymisation within the Google Analytics tracking code of the web pages, your IP address is anonymised by Google before transfer. The web pages use a Google Analytics tracking code which has been extended by the operator gat._anonymizeIp(); to enable only anonymised collection of IP addresses (so-called IP masking). Google will use this information on behalf of the operator of this site to evaluate your visit to the web pages, compile reports on website activity and provide other services associated with use of the website and internet use for the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser within the scope of Google Analytics will not be merged with other data by Google. Moreover, you can prevent Google collecting the data created by the cookie and data obtained from your use of the web pages (including your IP address), as well as Google’s processing of this data, by downloading the browser plug-in available at the following link (http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de) and installing it. 6. External content

Simple links to social media providers

Our web pages have simple links to the websites of social media providers. Data can only be exchanged with the social media providers if you click on the button with the symbol (e.g. “f” for Facebook). If you click on this type of button, the website of the social media provider will open in a pop-up window and you will then be browsing the website of the respective social media provider. The terms and conditions of the relevant social media provider apply.

Social plug-ins

So-called social plug-ins for the following social networks are used on our website (hereafter referred to as “social networks”):

  • YouTube, LLC 901 Cherry Ave., 94066 San Bruno, CA, USA (hereafter referred to as YouTube)

Activating social plug-ins

To ensure the fullest possible protection of your data, we use technical solutions so that transfer of data via social plug-ins to the respective provider of the social network can only take place upon prior activation of social plug-ins by you.

Standard deactivated social plug-ins which are embedded into our web pages cannot establish contact with the YouTube services or other providers of social networks without you activating them. It is only once you have activated these deactivated plug-ins by clicking on the “Activate social media” button on our website that you acknowledge your consent to transfer the data specified in the following to the social networks. Upon activation, the social plug-ins will establish a connection to the respective social network. By clicking again, you can then start a video, for example, share a recommendation within the respective social network etc. If you are already logged in to a social network while you are using our web pages, no additional login dialogue will be regularly displayed.

By clicking on the “Activate social media” button you acknowledge your consent for the data stipulated in the following to be transferred to the respective social network provider.

You can revoke your consent at any time by clicking on the “Deactivate social media” button.

Data transfer via social plug-ins

It is only if you have activated the standard deactivated social plug-ins as described above that a connection will be established with the social network servers. Each social plug-in then transfers data to the respective social network. We do not have any influence on the type and scope of the data that is collected by the respective social network via the social plug-in. As far as apparent, the social networks receive information in any case about which of our web pages you are currently and have previously accessed. A cookie with a unique identifier is stored by each activated social plug-in with every visit to the related web page. As a result, the social network can enable the creation of a usage profile which you can also assign in the event of a late first-time registration for the social network if need be.

If you are already logged in to a social network while you visit our web pages, the provider of this social network may possibly assign the visit to your personal account as soon as you activate the standard deactivated social plug-ins described above. By using social plug-in functions (e.g. “Like” button, adding a comment etc.), the information about this is transferred directly from your browser to the corresponding social network and saved. The same applies when accessing a website of a social media provider by clicking on the relevant button with the symbol.

If you are not a member of a social network, the possibility still exists that the social networks will receive and store your IP address and information about the browser you use and the operating system you use after activating the social plug-in. Please refer to the privacy notice of the respective social network for the scope and purpose of the data collection, as well as the processing and use of data by the social networks, and information about rights and configuration options for protecting your privacy. These are available at the following addresses:

If you are a member of a social network and would like to limit the collection of data via our web pages and the merging of your user data with the data saved about you by the social network, you should logout of the social network before visiting our web pages.
