Cologne, Marktoberdorf, 4 November 2015. AGCO, Your Agriculture Company (NYSE:AGCO), a worldwide manufacturer and distributor of agricultural equipment, and the third largest German agricultural trading cooperative RWZ Rhein-Main eG, Cologne, are taking their successful 75-year partnership to a new level with a new distribution agreement. In the future, the agricultural machinery locations of the RWZ Rhein-Main eG will offer their customers optimised engineering and technology from the entire AGCO product portfolio, including state-of-the-art services. The goal is the long-term development of cooperation in the area of agricultural machinery with AGCO as an exclusive supplier.

AGCO, Your Agriculture Company (NYSE:AGCO), a worldwide manufacturer and distributor of agricultural equipment, and the third largest German agricultural trading cooperative RWZ Rhein-Main eG, Cologne, are taking their successful 75-year partnership to a new level with a new distribution agreement. In the future, the agricultural machinery locations of the RWZ Rhein-Main eG will offer their customers optimised engineering and technology from the entire AGCO product portfolio, including state-of-the-art services. The goal is the long-term development of cooperation in the area of agricultural machinery with AGCO as an exclusive supplier.

The RWZ Rhein-Main eG and Fendt look back on a successful 75-year partnership. In the future, the RWZ will offer the complete full-line of Fendt tractors, combines, Katana forage harvesters, balers, the new forage harvesting machines and the Challenger brand throughout its entire German territory. The RWZ Rhein-Main eG will expand, or take over, responsibility for the distribution of the AGCO brands Massey Ferguson, Valtra and Fella in broad areas of their territory, where the full-line of Massey Ferguson products will be distributed through separate RWZ locations or through private MF dealers, depending on the region
