The Fendt 1000 Vario was presented to North American farmers for the first time at the National Farm Machinery Show in Louisville (Kentucky), the largest indoor show for agricultural machinery in the USA, on the 10th of February. The Fendt 1050 Vario was presented to the American public on the 10th of February at the Machinery Show. “The reaction to the world’s biggest standard tractor was very positive,” says Josh Keeney, Senior Marketing Specialist, Programs & Promotions. “We even sold the first Fendt 1000 Vario to a farmer during the trade show in Kentucky. That is very unusual for a completely new machine.”

The Fendt 500 Vario garnered the award for its innovations, which are otherwise only available on high-horsepower tractors 200 hp and up in North America.
