"We are delighted to be back in the top spot. This result is a beautiful reflection of the customer-led cooperation between the dealerships and Fendt. It's a success that will drive the entire Fendt team forwards, continuing to strive for this top position," says Christian Erkens, Director Sales Fendt.

Specialist dealers from 10 European countries, including UK, Austria, Germany, Denmark, Hungary, France, Poland, Belgium, Italy and the Netherlands, take part in the survey.

The survey started back in April this year and went on until the beginning of June, which led to a significantly higher response rate. "In 2019, the total brand average – the average of all factors taken together – went up by 0.4 points to 13.1 points. This means that retailers are slightly more satisfied with the performance of their suppliers, indicating an overall upward trend," said CLIMMAR of the survey results. The European dealer organisation CLIMMAR is made up of 16 national associations and their affiliates from the field of agricultural technology.

The dealer association was founded in 1953 and conducts the 14-point survey to rate the relationship between dealer and manufacturer. The criteria included brand image, sales support for tractors and spare parts, service support and warranty payouts. The companies were also asked to rate the dealer/supplier relationship, improvements to the machine range, financing and anti-theft protection.
