The Fendt Slicer disc mowers offer different cutter bars for different applications. The innovative Fendt large-disc spur gear cutterbar has a robust and flat design. It is impressive with its high efficiency, optimum crop flow and great flexibility of use.

The Fendt Streamline large disc cutterbar are impressive with its wide range of applications and high efficiency in all conditions. Its remarkable flotation properties, ease of pulling and powerful crop flow support economical mowing, high forage quality and protection of the turf in equal measure.

Durable, effective and sustainable
Fendt mowers with the new Streamline spur gear cutterbar can be operated with a reduced PTO speed of 850 rpm under good weather and crop conditions. The complete drive train is designed to achieve optimum power utilisation depending on the requirements. Fuel-saving mowing is thus possible with consistent cutting and forage quality. The overload protection and the integrated free wheel in the transmission prevent expensive damage to the machine in emergencies. The integration into the lightweight and dimensionally stable support frame is designed to create a large forage swath and plenty of space for tine or roller conditioners.
The Fendt Streamline cutterbar is impressive with its robustness and ease of maintenance
The counter cutters are easy to change, fixed by skids. Thanks to lifetime oil filling and a magnetic screw for wear control, maintenance work is minimised. The continuous bolting of the drive modules provides stability and protection, while an overload protection system protects the drive in the event of blockages and enables the cutting unit to be changed easily.
The counter cutters are user-friendly, plugged in and fixed by the skids. The exchange of both components is simple and fast.
Change-out in quick time
Due to the lifetime oil filling, the Streamline cutterbar requires very little maintenance. A magnetic screw makes it easier to check wear. Metal shavings collect on it, allowing an assessment of the condition of the inner workings.
Wear in view
The drive modules are bolted throughout the Fendt Streamline cutterbar, which stabilises both the unit and the overall construction. In the event of blockage by foreign objects, the overload protection provides lasting protection for the drive and the mower unit can be easily replaced.
Firmly connected and easy to maintain
Trough and lid are made of very strong material, positively connected and fully welded. The overall construction is therefore incredibly robust and permanently sealed. The reduction of bolt connections also has a positive effect on the forage flow. The cutterbar is also equipped with outriggers and lintel profiles on both sides. This results in massive horizontal dimensional stability - particularly advantageous for large working widths.

Fendt conditioner for the optimum energy content of the mown crop
The forage drying process is shortened significantly by use of a conditioner. The conditioner helps rub the natural wax layer off the crop and quickly dries out the plants' sap. The light, airy swath also allows intensive air circulation and speeds up the removal of water, gaining valuable time, as you can get on with the rest of the process, and ideally save you time on tedding.

Faster to the optimum forage structure
The KC tine conditioner for the Fendt Slicer mowers has an easily adjustable counter comb which can be used to adjust the conditioning intensity with five settings. The many interlocking working tools create a wavy, air-permeable lining structure and open up the top layer of leaves to facilitate water drainage. This really protects the forage; it stays strong and retains its structure. therefore allowing consistent conditioning, especially when it comes to grass. The tines are of course secured against loss.
Outstanding efficiency: The innovative, automatic conditioner control system
The Fendt Slicer ISOBUS mower combinations with tine conditioner offer variable adjustment of the conditioner intensity directly from the cab thanks to the innovative ISOBUS control system. The automatic adjustment of the counter comb is done in a stepless fashion with the help of a sensor or application maps based on satellite data. And so, your crop achieves the desired dry matter content at the same time across the entire area, resulting in improved quality. The automatic adjustment of the conditioner intensity was recognised by the DLG with the “Innovation Award AGRITECHNICA” in silver at AGRITECHNICA 2023.

Gentle processing for legumes and leafy forage
The Fendt Slicer RC roller conditioner consists of two rubber profiles which mesh, and which can be used to adjust the compacting pressure. The large profile overlap means that on all models, only the lower roller is driven; the upper roller runs in sync. The foreign object protection with adjustable preload allows the upper roller to squeeze. This allows gentle yet intensive conditioning without loss of leaves. Roller conditioners are especially suited to vegetable harvesting.

Steel rollers for roller conditioners are particularly suitable for crops that require intensive conditioning as well as in bulky crops.
The robust steel rollers are characterised by a long service life and intensive bending of the stalks for a fast drying process.

On the Slicer front mounted mowers in the F and FQ series, the Slicer TLX rear mowers and the Slicer mower combinations, the optional DUO-Drive direct drive of both rollers ensures an improved crop flow and higher throughput in large and heavy forage crops.

The floating cut
The Fendt Slicer rear mowers with centre suspension, the mower combinations and the Slicer FQ front mounted mowers are equipped with the patented TurboLift hydropneumatic cutterbar relief. The TurboLift system constantly ensures the optimum ground pressure during the mowing process and can be quickly and steplessly adjusted to the prevailing conditions, even while travelling from the tractor cab. The Fendt ISOBUS mower combinations have a speed-dependent TurboLift control system, which enables perfect ground pressure even at higher speeds.
Relief at all levels
After raising at the headland, the system recalibrates itself each time and quickly adapts to the different conditions in the field. This ensures a floating cut and increases sward protection and forage quality. This significantly reduces contamination in the feed, especially in damp and wet areas. Thanks to the unpressurised parking position, the mower can be released at the touch of a button when parked. With the automatic restoration of the preset pressure, mowing can be carried out directly when attaching again without having to make any further presettings. This guarantees a clear time advantage and the best forage quality, low fuel consumption and reduced stress on the frame structure and hitch.

Ready to cut quickly
All Fendt Slicer disc mowers can be optionally equipped with the convenient ComfortChange quick-release blade system. The quick-release blade system spanner allows you to change blades with ease. The special tool is stowed safely and easily accessible on the mower deck. It locks into an upright position on the mower disc so that you can easily insert the new blades with both hands. After releasing the spanner, the new blades are reliably secured. The ComfortChange system significantly reduces downtimes, saving money and valuable time in tight harvesting windows.
