Fendt is proud to support Farmsafe Australia

Fendt, a worldwide brand of AGCO, is proud to announce its support of Farmsafe Australia and National Farm Safety Week 2024. Every year, during the third week of July, this initiative aims to highlight the importance of fostering a safer culture among Australian farmers.

Farmsafe Australia is a not-for-profit, farmer-led organisation and the primary voice for farm safety in Australia. The organization is dedicated to promoting practical measures that prioritise the safety, health, and well-being of individuals on the farm. This is achieved through education and engagement with communities and stakeholders nationwide.

Under this year's theme, "In Safe Hands," Farmsafe addresses various safety topics, including the significance of support and well-being, ensuring children experience rural life security, and highlighting vehicle and machinery safety.

"At Fendt, our farmer-first focus aligns with Farmsafe's vision of cultivating a culture where farms are not only efficient and productive but also safe and healthy places to live, work, and play. Our collaboration with Farmsafe demonstrates our commitment to working on initiatives aimed at ensuring that every farmer, worker, and family member can thrive in a secure and supportive environment," says Fergal Meehan, Marketing Director for Fendt ANZ.

The safety and well-being of farmers operating Fendt products is paramount. "We provide farmer-focused solutions tailored to farmers' success, prioritizing their safety in everything we do. Our product range features include, for example, interactive dashboards, electronic joystick steering, and suspensions meticulously engineered to minimize operator fatigue during long days in the field," said Fergal.

Fendt is the leading high-tech brand for customers who demand the best quality from machines and services. The extensive product range includes tractors, combine harvesters, sprayers, hay equipment and smart farming technologies.
