One in four tractors is a Fendt

Tractor Market Germany 2019
In Germany, the tractor market from 51 hp has increased by 2.6%. 2019 saw a total of 22,429 tractors registered, while in 2018 it was 21,857 tractors.
The whole market from 0 hp also recorded an increase of 4.7%. In 2019, 28,979 tractors were registered across all classes, compared to 27,669 tractors in 2018.
Top results in all performance classes
From 201 hp, the figures show that Fendt occupies a leading position in all the performance classes that include Fendt tractors. Fendt has a market share of 37.9% in this performance class, more than 20% ahead of second place. Fendt also takes up the lead in the performance class from 301 hp. With a market share of 45.4%, almost every second tractor in this power segment is a Fendt. In 2018, the market share was still 36.1%. The new Fendt 900 Vario, which was first launched in July 2019, also comes under this performance class. This machine has successfully established itself on the market and is well received by customers both in Germany and internationally.
