Fendt Certified:
High-quality second-hand machines with warranty

With the Fendt Certified used machine scheme, AGCO/Fendt and Fendt sales partners issue a certificate promising the customer a technically flawless and high-quality used Fendt machine. This also includes a one-year warranty.

Used Fendt tractors, combine harvesters and forage harvesters bearing the FENDT Certified seal of approval have gone through intensive testing with the sales partner. This ensures that it is a flawless and valuable used machine which is also in a good condition visually. Used Fendt tractors are tested against 150 defined checkpoints. The engine and engine power as well as the condition of the gearbox and the hydraulics are checked. We also test all of the tractor's functions.

Tractors eligible for the certification have no more than 4,000 operating hours on the clock and a maximum age of 6 years. Combines and shredders may not have worked more than 2,000 hours and must not be older than 4 years.

Beyond the technical and visually sound condition, we take wear parts seriously in certified Fendt harvesting machines. To ensure the operational capability of combines and shredders, these are also tested and key wear parts for the crop flow are usually replaced. Only flawless, operational machines are offered to customers after certification.

The customer receives a comprehensive one-year warranty included in the purchase price of a FENDT Certified used machine. This can be extended on request, as follows: For tractors up to a machine age of 8 years or 8,000 operating hours and for harvesting machines up to 5 years of age or 3,000 operating hours. As an example, the cost for a Fendt 700 Vario would be €1.70 per operating hour. To keep administrative effort low to handle small losses and to secure a reasonable price, a set excess is charged.

The benefits to customers of FENDT Certified machines are clear: as well as minimising risk by buying a second-hand machine, the residual value is stabilised and minimised by guaranteeing the cost risk for repairs.

You can find Fendt Certified machines online on used machine exchange site or from your local Fendt dealer.
