Rear beater

The threshing drum is followed by the beater drum. When this takes over the crop from the threshing drum, its direction is changed and the speed is lowered. This prevents wrapping of the threshing drum and optimizes crop flow. By extending the threshing area under the rear beater with a large wrap angle, there is already an area here where active separation takes place. This reduces walker losses. For threshing grain corn, the paddles of the rear beater must be removed.
