As the sole provider, the Rotana fixed chamber balers close with solid hooks that are designed with intelligent measurement technology for the bale density and shape.

The tailgate of the variable Rotanas is also mechanically locked and continually adjusts to the bale volume, the desired bale density and size during the entire baling process with the patented Constant Pressure System. In addition to the highest density level on the market, the clever control of the tailgate ensures repositioning of the bale during growth and ensures a high throughput as well as even strain on all components.

Thanks to the new optional speed tailgate, the ejection time per bale is reduced by approximately two seconds and enables a higher bale output of up to 4 bales per second.
