Vario Fill for effective loading and unloading optimised to pressing pressure

Through the patented pressing pressure detection right above the hydraulic system, the VarioFill loading system is very easy to set. The result is unloaded wagons taking the maximum pressure off of the driver. When the set pressing pressure is achieved, the scraper floor starts automatically and stops as soon as the load is removed. The intelligent bulkhead folds forward with increasing loads, whereby the pressing pressure is constantly retained. The automatic mode when unloading is triggered at the touch of a button. Aligned with each other, the scraper floor and bulkhead start at the same time. The bulkhead actively helps push the silage so the starting torque of the scraper floor chains is reduced. The comprehensive silage loading is thus effectively supported and damage to both the scraper floor drive and the chains is prevented.
