Dominic Esser takes over the management of European Fendt sales

Dominic Esser will be appointed as Director, Sales Fendt EME from September 1st, 2024 and will be responsible for Fendt sales in the EME region (Europe & Middle East). He will succeed Christian Erkens.

In his new role, Dr. Dominic Esser will lead the international Fendt sales team in Europe and work closely with the regional sales teams to further exceed Fendt's sales performance. Together with his team, he will focus on topics such as the development of the European Fendt full line product portfolio and customer satisfaction.

Dr. Esser joined AGCO at the beginning of 2013 as Strategy & Integration consultant. After holding various positions within the AGCO Cooperation, he has been leading the European S&I team as Director Strategy & Integration from 2019. During this time, he successfully supported the integration of the former Lely business into the AGCO core brands Massey Ferguson and Fendt. Recently, he was responsible for the development and implementation of the global strategies of the Fendt and Valtra brands.

Dominic Esser studied law and agricultural sciences at the University of Bonn and holds a Doctorate in agricultural law from the University of Zurich.

"Dominic Esser also has agricultural expertise and knows the needs of farmers, as his family runs a farm in the Rhineland."
