Fendt is No. 1 on the 2019 German Dealer Satisfaction Barometer

On 9-10 January, Würzburg hosted the Agricultural Business Conference (LTU). Under the slogan, "Designing the future successfully", the results of the German Dealer Satisfaction Barometer were also published at the event.

Andreas Loewel, Director Fendt Sales Germany

"The top score of 15.7 points for Fendt validates our strategy to further strengthen the expertise of our dealers, because the success of Fendt is directly related to the performance of our sales partners. That's why I am very pleased that we are working with such skilled and accomplished German dealers," said Andreas Loewel, Director Fendt Sales Germany. "Our colleagues in agricultural equipment retail are the interface between customers and us as manufacturers. Their work includes advising on machines, processing warranties and warranty extensions, but also increasingly, offering digital solutions like Fendt Connect."

Further improvements compared to 2018

The Barometer comprises an annual survey of 14 categories, including 'Image and public presence', 'After Sales Service & Warranty', 'Training' as well as 'Dealer/supplier relationship' and 'Anti-theft protection'. Fendt has been in first place in the 'Image and public presence' category for several years now and reached a new record this year with a score of 18.1 out of a possible 20 points.

In 10 of the 14 categories they were surveyed on, dealers rated Fendt even better than they did in the previous year. The questions covered aspects such as 'Dealer/supplier relationship', 'Training' and 'After Sales Service & Warranty'; all important points both for Sales, as well as its customers. A good relationship between dealer and manufacturer provides a sense of security and promotes a healthy exchange between dealer and manufacturer. Training keeps Sales and Sales Service staff up-to-date with the latest technology, while a good rating in the 'After Sales Service & Warranty' category promises good conditions for the customer by offering support in warranty cases or other after-sales solutions.

Agricultural Technology Service Award 2019

The LTU also celebrated the 20th anniversary of the Agricultural Technology Service Award and unveiled its new design. "Over the past two decades, the Agricultural Technology Service Award has significantly sharpened the awareness of the retail sector in all areas of the company, especially in terms of its public presence. A stronger focus on customer interest also helps Fendt to present our products appropriately so we can keep growing. It's clear overall that compared to the rest of Europe, our German sales partners are known for their modern, service-oriented and professional Sales and Service Centres," said Andreas Loewel, praising Fendt Dealers in Germany.
