Fendt trainees celebrate their graduation

The exams are passed and the groundwork is set for a successful future career. 27 apprentices successfully completed their training at AGCO/Fendt this year. They celebrated in early September together with their families and trainers at an official graduation held at the Fendt Forum.

"Many congratulations to all the trainees for their successful completion," said Nils Mütze, Director of Human Resources Germany, Austria, Netherlands. "The success of the Fendt Strategy 2020 relies on motivated and committed employees who are happy and proud to be a part of it – and that includes our trainees. As such, I am particularly pleased that many of the graduates will continue to turn to Fendt as an attractive employer, enriching us with their skills and dedication."

A total of 16 industrial mechanics, five mechatronics specialists, one system integration IT specialist, one IT system technician, one construction mechanic and three specialists in warehouse logistics, celebrated successfully completing their training period. The graduates' training programme included spending three or, in some cases, three and a half years at AGCO/Fendt.

Three graduates were awarded the coveted AGCO Training Award for their extraordinary commitment and outstanding performance.

The first prize went to Korbinian Polzmacher (construction mechanic at the Asbach-Bäumenheim site), who, as well as receiving a cheque for €1000, was given the opportunity of either an internship over several weeks at one of AGCO's European production sites or a dual degree programme at Fendt.

Second prize went to Hamza Akbaba (industrial mechanic at the Marktoberdorf site), happily accepting a cheque for €750.

Third prize and €500 went to Stephan Jakusch (industrial mechanic at the Marktoberdorf site).
