German sales partners once again vote Fendt into first place in the Dealer Satisfaction Barometer

The German Dealer Satisfaction Barometer is traditionally revealed on the first day of the Landtechnische Unternehmertage conference.

Ulrich Beckschulte, Managing Director of the German Federal Association LandBauTechnik, presented the detailed results of the dealer survey at the Congress Centre in Würzburg. Fendt took first place with 15.3 out of a possible 20 points.

“The results of the independent dealer survey confirm the impression I already had. In 2016 we worked in close dialogue with our dealers and launched a number of projects,” said Andreas Loewel, Sales Manager for Germany, explaining the positive result. “A great deal of discussion, but also supportive sales and service measures, have clearly reinforced the partnership with our sales partners in a year that was not easy for the sector overall.”

The A-dealers for the various tractor manufacturers answered questions in a number of categories such as Brand Image & Impact, Tractor Marketing, Spare Parts Marketing, After-Sales Service & Warranty, Training and Manufacturer-Dealer Relations.

The relationship between dealers and manufacturers was also an important point in the talk by Dr Rob Smith, Senior Vice President and General Manager AGCO EME. In his talk, he presented AGCO’s “Route 66” strategy and how it has changed the distribution landscape for this multi-brand group in Europe.

The positive impact was reflected in the European Dealer Satisfaction Barometer, which was presented in December 2016 by the European umbrella association for national agricultural and construction machinery associations (CLIMMAR).
