That was our trade fair event

From 09-15 November 2025 Hanover once again became a hotspot for all those who love agricultural machinery. Fendt was again represented with many highlights and presented the largest tractor launch to date with five tractors. Lots of exciting discussions, inspiring encounters and many special moments are behind us and we are happy to have been part of this unique event again in 2025. Together we now look back on the highlights.

In November 2025, we were there again: The stage was set for the future of agricultural technology!

With the slogan #best of Farming, Fendt presented five new tractors at AGRITECHNICA 2025 at the same time: the new Fendt 300, 500, 700 Gen7.1, 800 and 1000 Vario. Another highlight was the presentation of the Fendt Xaver GT, the new evolutionary stage of the concept study Fendt Xaver.

In addition, some of our products have been recognise with significant awards. We were pleased to receive the FARM MACHINE 2026 Award, a DLG silver medal for real-time analysis of the Fendt Katana maize grain processing and the DLG Agrifuture Concept Award for the FieldDataSync data concept.

Fendt Xaver GT in action in a field

The Fendt Xaver GT – The Driverless System

At AGRITECHNICA 2025, the new evolutionary stage of the concept study Fendt Xaver was presented for the first time: the Fendt Xaver GT. This is an autonomous system carrier vehicle based on the further development of the Fendt Xaver project study.

The vehicle has two implement areas, an inter-axle power lift with 2.0 t lifting capacity and a wheelbase of 3.4 m. The track width is flexibly adjustable between 1.5 and 2.25 m, the ground clearance is 50 cm. The drive is via a serial hybrid with diesel engine and 9 kWh battery system. Four individually steerable and electrically driven wheels enable precise navigation, supported by camera and lidar systems as well as AI-based row recognition. The safety concept includes a tactile safety system and proactive environment monitoring.

The Fendt Xaver GT is designed for fully autonomous operation and has successfully completed its first field missions. The objectives of the concept study are to increase efficiency and flexibility in agricultural work under staff shortages and time pressure through autonomous technology, as well as to generally test innovative machine concepts for the agriculture of the future.

FARM MACHINE 2026 – the Fendt 800 Vario sweeps the board with two prizes

The jury has decided on the winner of the prize in the mid-class tractors category of FARM MACHINE 2026. The Fendt 800 Vario is the best mid-class tractor of the year! However, it not only convinced the expert jury, but is also a favourite with the public. The FARM MACHINE 2026 Audience Choice Award also went to the Fendt 800 Vario. Fendt has the best community – many thanks to you for every single voice!
