Fendt sales partner BayWa Bamberg receives "Top Retailer" Award

On Friday, March 19th, the independent award “Top Retailer- Agricultural technology 2021” was presented to the BayWa technology region Franconia. BayWa Bamberg was honored for its outstanding business achievements and merits in the professional sale of agricultural equipment.

Fendt sales partner BayWa Bamberg receives "Top Retailer" Award

„In the distribution of agricultural technology the focus on the customer is especially decisive. Therefore digital tool are supposed to give employees more time for the most important – the customer. The BayWa Bamberg has already successfully integrated numerous digital solutions to support the distribution work. For that reason I would like to congratulate our sales partner on this award”, so Andreas Loewel, Director Fendt Germany.

The BayWa technology region Franconia was already awarded Top Retailer – Agricultural technology 2021 at the end of December 2020. Due to hygiene and protection measures, the ceremonial handover only took place this year in a small corona conform setting.

About the Top Retailer Award

The „Top Retailer – Agricultural technology“ award recognizes the performance of sales partners and dealers in the agricultural technology sector and is also intended to act as a seal of quality in the future.

As part of the application process, a total of 16 sales dimensions are evaluated using a scientific diagnostic evaluation. The dimensions include an analysis of market potential and a clear sales strategy for the location. But also the points organization of work including a modern data management, as well as employee management are decisive for a good evaluation.

Using a questionnaire, members of the management board, sales management and internal and external sales staff answer 80 individual questions about the strategy and its implementation in the 16 sales dimensions.

The Top Retailer Award was founded jointly by the trade journal agrarzeitung and the consulting association New Ideas Think Tank (NITT). The award is handed out once a year to a selected winner.
