1. NO SOUND
Please check first that the sound settings of your laptop/computer are not muted. If this does not help, check the sound settings of the stream. Wear headphones to improve the audio quality.
2. THE SOUND HAS AN ECHO
The most common reason for an echo in virtual events is that the stream is open in multiple windows or tabs. Make sure that you display the stream in only one window or tab. If this does not help, refresh the page.
3. INTERRUPTIONS IN SOUND OR VIDEO TRANSMISSION
This is usually a problem caused by the speed of the internet connection. It is possible that your connection at home is overloaded by your smart TV application etc. Turn off other devices or applications that may be overloading your internet connection.
