
For four weeks they will get to know the theoretical and practical basics in the technical field. Filing, sawing, drilling and the handling of machinery is the order of the day. Semere and Jamal already integrated well into the trainee community during the first few days. “We are very pleased to be able to support the integration of refugees into the labour market through our training workshop. With the training we are hopefully giving Semere and Jamal a good start for their professional life and we are keeping our fingers crossed for them that they continue to integrate so well”, says Nils Mütze, HR Manager for Germany, the Netherlands and Austria.
