2025: Fendt employees in Feucht honoured for long service

An important part of the Christmas party on Thursday, 11 December 2025, was the honouring of long-serving employees at the Feucht site. The jubilarians celebrated 10, 20, 30, 35 and 45 years with Fendt.

The forage harvesting technology plant in Feucht, Germany, has been part of the Fendt brand since 2015 and has a tradition dating back more than 100 years. Fendt mowers, tedders and rakes are currently produced at the site in Bavaria. "I am delighted that we have so many long-serving employees at our site. With their commitment and experience, they are an essential building block for the future success of the plant," said Dr Ute David, Plant Manager in Feucht, welcoming her colleagues to the jubilee celebration. One colleague was given special recognition during the anniversary celebration: "Today we are celebrating a special anniversary that is rarely achieved: Roswitha Papenburg has been part of our team here in Feucht for 45 years. She started as an apprentice and has now been a key contact in purchasing for many years," said plant manager Dr Ute David. "With their knowledge and commitment, all our employees contribute to the success of our site. I would like to thank them for that."

Jürgen Riedel was honoured for 35 years of service and Arturo Vazquez for 30 years. Thomas Heidner reached 20 years of service in 2025, and employees Steffi Sier, Oliver Spott, Nils Wegner and Marco Koller have been working at the forage harvesting technology site for 10 years.
