Shortly before Christmas 2025, the board of Fendt Classic Club International e.V. (FCCI) welcomed AGCO CEO Eric Hansotia as a new member of the Fendt Classic Club, which is still in its early days. At the beginning of February, Fendt CEO Christoph Gröblinghoff personally presented Eric Hansotia with the freshly printed membership card bearing the number 1,000 at a meeting at the AGCO headquarters in Duluth, Georgia, USA.

'Since the Fendt Classic Club was founded in October 2021 with 55 members, our numbers have grown steadily. After four years, we now have over 1,000 members from 20 countries," says Sepp Nuscheler, the FCCI's first chairman. 'It's a great community of fans, younger and older collectors, as well as former and current Fendt employees. We are also delighted that many members of the current and former AGCO and Fendt top management actively support the FCCI. The long-standing former AGCO CEO, Professor Martin H. Richenhagen, is member number 1; the initiator of the FCCI and current Fendt CEO, Christoph Gröblinghoff, is member number 2; and Eric Hansotia is now member number 1,000."

Eric Hansotia, the Chairman, President and CEO of AGCO Corporation, sent the following message to the Fendt Classic Club International (FCCI): 'It is a great pleasure to join the Fendt Classic Club as its 1,000th member. The club is dedicated to preserving the history of the traditional Fendt brand. In my opinion, Fendt is the world's most respected agricultural technology brand. It has always been committed to putting farmers first, striving for technical excellence and delivering the highest quality and unparalleled customer service. This cannot be taken for granted. Behind it all are innovation, creativity, and many years of hard work by many people. The Classic Club creates an important connection to the people who have made Fendt what it is today. We can be proud of that. At the same time, we have a responsibility to strengthen, promote and develop the brand further. May the Classic Club preserve history while providing space for a shared, bright future.

'I am delighted that the Fendt Classic Club is supported by AGCO management, and that we were able to welcome AGCO's CEO, Eric Hansotia, as our 1,000th member to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Fendt Vario transmission,' said Christoph Gröblinghoff, Chairman of the Fendt Management Board. 'This year, the second major Fendt Dieselross meeting will take place on 11 July 2026 at our Fendt Forum. We expect a similar number of guests to the club's first meeting in July 2023, and I would like to personally invite all enthusiasts to attend."

The past year saw many highlights for FCCI members. These included a tour of the Fendt factory in Feucht, as well as participation in several regional and national events. These included the Bulldog meeting in Maxlrain, the Historical Field Day in Nordhorn, and the Karpfhamer Volksfest. In mid-October, over 300 members attended the general meeting at the Fendt Forum in Marktoberdorf. Topics covered included current issues relating to Fendt, the latest innovations at Agritechnica, and the historical theme of '30 Years of Vario'. Once again, many new members were recruited at the FCCI stand in the middle of the Fendt exhibition stand in Hall 20 at Agritechnica in Hanover.

Preparations for the 2026 activities are in full swing. For the first time, there will be dates for Fendt mechanic workshops in April and May 2026. Many members are already looking forward to the second major Fendt Dieselross meeting, which will take place on 11 July 2026 at the Fendt Forum in Marktoberdorf. At the end of October, the FCCI will once again invite members to its annual general meeting in Marktoberdorf.
