"We’re delighted that our sales partners across Europe rate their partnership with us so highly," says Christian Erkens, Director Fendt Sales for EME (Europe and Middle East). "Especially in a year which has seen us expand our full-line portfolio and break new ground, adding new tracked tractors, plant protection solutions, round balers and loading wagons to our range of Fendt tractors, combines, forage harvesters, large balers and hay machines. This fantastic result will motivate us to maintain the excellent dialogue we have enjoyed with our sales partners over a number of decades, and to grow further to hold on to that top spot in the future."

Agricultural machinery companies from a total of 10 different nations took part in the survey: Belgium, Denmark, Germany, France, Italy, Poland, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom were joined by Austria and Hungary in 2018.

2018 Dealer Satisfaction Index

This year's DSI survey was conducted in June and July 2018, rating the quality of the relationship between agricultural technology manufacturers and their A-dealers over 14 aspects, including brand image, sales support for tractors and spare parts, service support and warranty payouts. The companies were also asked to rate the dealer-to-supplier ratio, the development of the machine selection, financing and anti-theft protection.

The international distributors network, CLIMMAR, was founded in 1953. It currently includes 16 national associations and their member companies in agricultural engineering and equipment.
