Expert jury and public award Fendt 600 Vario twice as "Farm Machine 2024"

On Tuesday, 14 November, the Fendt 600 Vario received the "Farm Machine 2024" award in the "Mid-range Tractors" category and the "Audience Choice Award" at Agritechnica 2023.

Specialist journalists from 16 different European agricultural machinery magazines judge the applicants for the "Farm Machine" award. The prize is awarded to various agricultural machines in a total of 12 categories. The jury recognised the completely new development of the Fendt 600 Vario in the "Mid-range tractors" category. With over 10,000 votes for the Fendt 600 Vario, Fendt also won the sought-after "Farm Machine 2024 Audience Choice Award".

Roland Schmidt (Vice President Fendt Marketing)

"The Audience Choice Award is a very important honour for us, because this is where the public votes on all Agritechnica trade fair innovations. The fact that the 600 was voted the public's favourite ahead of high-horsepower tractors, large combines or harvesters shows us that innovative Fendt technology is also a winner in the medium power segment," says Roland Schmidt, Vice President Fendt Marketing. "The Fendt 600 Vario is also a highlight for many trade fair visitors, who are keen to find out more about it at our stand in Hall 20 - as we can see from the daily stream of visitors to the Fendt booth."

About the Farm Machine award

The Farm Machine (formerly Machine of the Year) award has been presented at Agritechnica every two years since 1997. The 13 categories range from tractors, forage harvesting and soil cultivation to logistics. Entries are submitted for innovations that have been launched on the market since the last Agritechnica. The jury consists of agricultural journalists from 14 different editorial offices. In the "Audience Choice" category, the public chooses its favourite in an online vote.
