On 21 November, 120 Fendt employees celebrated their many years of service at the Fendt Forum. The jubilarians celebrated 10, 25, 40 or 50 years at Fendt.

Walter Wagner (Managing Director of Research and Development at Fendt) welcomes the guests to the Fendt Forum.

"It is a wonderful tradition and at the same time an honour that we celebrate you as long-standing employees. Because with your dedication, commitment and loyalty, you have all played a significant role in the successes and milestones for Fendt. A very special milestone this year was the production of the 100,000th Fendt 700 Vario. In the 25 years of series production, this series has certainly accompanied many of you in your professional lives, including me," said Walter Wagner, Managing Director Research and Development Fendt, greeting the guests. "Another highlight this year was the start of series production of the Fendt e100 V Vario - the introduction of electric tractors. In September, we also presented the second electrified series, the Fendt e100 Vario, in Norway and won the Sustainable Tractor of the Year 2025 award for it at the beginning of November. The Fendt 620 Vario DP received another TotY. We would like to thank you today not only for your many years of loyalty, but also for the many moments, big and small, that you have shared with us. Your experience and knowledge are priceless, enrich our daily work together and are the breeding ground for future innovations."

Michael Horn has been working for the Fendt brand for 50 years, and continues to do so even after his official retirement. He began his apprenticeship as a mechanical fitter in 1972 and then, with a few interruptions, to futher his knowledge, worked in various areas of the company, such as testing, sales, export of municipal machines and later completely reorganised the training concept as head of field service training. His final position was sales representative for Fendt in southern Germany for 22 years. However, his enthusiasm for the Fendt brand was and is so great that he has been showing interested customer groups round the factory in Marktoberdorf as a factory guide since his retirement.

"I only really applied for a job once. Every other move has either been a good fit or my superiors have suggested a new position. As a trained technician, I didn't think I could do a job in sales back then, but I was willing to try something new," recalls Michael Horn. "From the mid-1980s, I travelled a lot for the export of municipal tractors to Switzerland, Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium and Portugal. In this position, we also shot the first Fendt municipal film - that was definitely a highlight for me."
