The event took place on 20 March at the Società Agricola Petra in Tuscany, near the characteristic village of Suvereto (LI).

The winery's vineyards are located on the steep hills of the Val di Cornia, an area known for the cultivation of excellent wines. The winery's main building, a futuristic structure designed by renowned architect Mario Botta, served as the backdrop for the event.

The event took place on 27 March at Tenuta La Presa in Caprino Veronese (VR), Veneto.

Tenuta La Presa is one of the most beautiful wineries in the Verona region with 100 hectares of vineyards and two production and ageing cellars.

The mild climate of Lake Garda combined with the winds from the Adige Valley create a special microclimate that favours ripening and allows the vines to express their full character.

During the day, customers were able to find out more about the machine during a special presentation. In the afternoon, they then went into the vineyard to experience the tractor in action between the rows of vines while mowing. The guests were very impressed by the tractor's manoeuvrability, even in very narrow rows, and by its versatility in practical use. They were also able to see for themselves how comfortable and well-organised the cab is. As the electric tractor does not require an exhaust pipe, the all-round visibility is even better. Finally, when using the FendtONE operating system, customers were very positive about the intelligent arable farming and business management functions that this innovative solution offers.

More information about the Fendt e100 V Vario

The Fendt e107 V Vario was developed for use in special crops, greenhouses and municipal operations as well as for farms with their own energy generation. The drive of the Fendt e107 V Vario consists of a battery with electric motor and the Fendt Vario transmission. The maximum output is 50 kW (68 hp) according to ECE R85 in Eco driving mode. Up to 55 kW (75 hp) is available in Dynamic driving mode and the machine can briefly deliver up to 66 kW (90 hp) as peak power in Dynamic+ operating mode. The model is available in the Profi and Profi+ equipment variants.

The combination of compact dimensions, the Fendt Vario transmission and emission-free operation enables use not only in densely planted vineyards, but also in livestock buildings or greenhouses. In addition, the electric tractor can also be used in municipal areas, e.g. for maintaining cycle paths.

The electric tractor is also quieter than machines with a conventional diesel engine. This enables longer operating times in noise-sensitive areas such as residential areas or city parks, for example when spreading salt on roads during winter road maintenance. Approved for speeds of up to 40 km/h, the electric tractor can also be used for short-distance transport in municipalities and on farms.
