German farmers value Fendt tractor models the most

The German "Horsepower Premier League" is eagerly awaited every year and this time Fendt is once again positioning itself right at the top. In the "most popular models", Fendt once again occupies all places on the winners' podium.

German farmers value Fendt tractor models the most

Source: New registrations by performance class and ranking. Published in profi 3/2020, based on 2019 new tractor registration statistics from the German Motor Vehicle Transport Authority (KBA) and the Mechanical Engineering Industry Association (VDMA).

In the performance classes from 151 hp to 401 hp, Fendt is in first place in each case. According to the Bayerisches Wochenblatt (issue 14), Fendt can again secure a top position, especially in the market segment with the "real tractors".

"Fendt remains in first place in this ranking with a market share of over 25 per cent," says the trade journal profi.

Most registered tractor types in Germany - The most popular models in 2019

Fendt is also at the top of the list of the "manufacturers' most popular tractor models".

"The Fendt performance range here is distinct - and also distinctly high: The Fendt 724 is the top model for 2019 registrations," writes the profi editorial team.

With the Fendt 724 Vario, the Fendt 313 Vario and the Fendt 516 Vario, no less than three Fendt tractors occupy the top three places on the list. These three models were registered 849 times, Fendt 724 Vario, 621 times, Fendt 313 Vario and 608 times, Fendt 516 Vario. This also puts them at the top of the list of the most registered tractors in Germany.

This again shows that the Fendt 700 Vario series is the absolute favourite among the tractor series in Germany.
