Jubilarians celebrate 4,825 years with Fendt

In November, 294 Fendt employees celebrated their many years of employment at the Fendt Forum. The jubilarians have been working at Fendt for 10, 25, 40 or 50 years.

"2023 was a very successful year for Fendt. This can be seen, for example, in our successful appearance at Agritechnica with many awards and enthusiastic visitors to our stand. This success is based on the good work in all areas of the company, thanks to your hard work," said Walter Wagner, Managing Director Research and Development Fendt. "Another indication is the enormous growth of the Fendt team. Here in Marktoberdorf, we now have over 5,000 employees, which also means many new and young colleagues. As experienced employees, you welcome these colleagues, introduce them to the company Fendt and pass on your Fendt spirit and the Fendt corporate culture to the new employees. This is how we continue to grow together. And that's exactly what's important, so that we can continue to work as one team."

Franz Erhard, an employee in the Research and Development department, has already been able to look back on 50 years at Fendt. Today he is enjoying his well-deserved retirement.

40 years of Fendt

A further 16 employees celebrated their 40th anniversary with Fendt, 55 employees have been with Fendt for 25 years and 222 employees celebrated 10 years with Fendt. Between them, they have been with the company for 4,825 years.
