New CyclonePlus cleaning for Fendt IDEAL

In addition to the threshing unit, cleaning is one of the core components that significantly influences the overall performance of a combine harvester, the grain quality and losses. With the 2026 model year, all Fendt IDEAL models receive the completely newly developed CyclonePlus cleaning.

The cleaning system of a combine harvester has a major impact on grain quality. Now the cleaning system of the Fendt IDEAL has been completely revised. The heart of the newly developed cleaning is the completely new pre-sieve with 1.0 m² concave area and the newly designed upper concave. Both concaves have been positioned in such a way that the pre-cleaned crop reaches the upper concave as early as possible and then more cleaning surface remains to separate the last grains from the chaff. This increases the cleaning capacity and at the same time reduces the losses. In addition, the air flow has been comprehensively revised. The result: the previous ventilated cleaning surface has been removed and, in combination with the optimised wind guide, is better ventilated. This ensures the well-known high grain quality and low losses even under changing harvesting conditions.

There is also a new, uniform configuration. Until now, customers have been able to choose between five different configurations for their cleaning system. The new configuration makes it considerably easier to convert from grain to maize with the core components being more easily accessible. The new IDEALbalance configuration includes a completely new design for the grain pan including light panels with a new fall level. In addition, the rotor loss sensor has been repositioned.

For use on slopes, the new slope performance kit ensures optimised distribution of the crop and thus even cleaning on a side slope. This is accompanied by the new easier conversion to different crops.

New LED work lights for Fendt IDEAL

The previous package of LED spotlights in the roof has been revised and now has 4,000 lumens per light. This significantly increases the light output improving the illumination to the front. For long harvest days, this also increases work safety and comfort.

The lights can also be retrofitted to existing models.

New tyre options for Fendt IDEAL

For all Fendt IDEAL models, new individual options for front tyres, track systems and the rear tyres are now available. One of the new rear axle tyre options are the 600/70 R28 tyres from Alliance. In addition, a new 620/70 R30 tyre from Alliance is also available.

All new options have been available for order from June 2026, these machines are for a harvest 2026 delivery.
