All Fendt round balers are compatible with both net and twine ties. The tie must always work reliably, in order to ensure that you can attain high daily outputs and satisfactory bale quality.

VarioNet and VarioTwin

Fendt round balers offer two different tying types. VarioTwin is a simple and inexpensive combination of net and twine tie featuring a variable speed control facility. On the other hand, VarioNet is a net tie that is perfectly compatible with all standard net widths. It features a net brake that can be adjusted using tension springs. Thanks to the intelligent design of the net guidance system, the net is automatically broadened. Consequently, the bales are also perfectly formed at the sides, and reliably protected. This also makes storage easier.

Very easy set-up

In order to make things easier for you, we have focused sharply on user-friendliness. This can also be seen from the intuitive operations. Among other things, the terminal allows you to set the time for active net supply which is especially useful if the situation involves dry straw. The number of net turns and the net deceleration can be quickly and easily adjusted using the terminal.

Net changes made easy

It's incredibly easy to change the nets on any Fendt round baler, with the EasyLoad system. All you have to do is insert the net roller into the EasyLoadSystem and close it. A centring crank then automatically brings the net roller into the ideal position.

The EasyLoadSystem makes it possible to add net rollers in the shortest possible time.

Regardless of whether the situation involves a net tie or a twine tie: Fendt round balers always tie bales reliably.

Rapid Reload System - Three castors. One handle

With the Rapid Reload System, the press sets new standards in material changeover. The patented roll magazine holds up to three rolls of net or film and makes changing easier than ever before - completely tool-free and done in just a few simple steps. This saves valuable minutes between bales, reduces downtime and ensures that the baler stays in rhythm even during lengthy harvesting days. At the same time, the driver remains flexible: the tying agent can be adjusted immediately depending on the crop, weather conditions or application strategy. A system that not only works faster, but also makes the entire pressing process more efficient and effective.

Comfort Load 2.0 - One system. Double the comfort.

The Comfort Load System 2.0 enables quick and easy loading of the patented Rapid Reload System three-roller magazine and a time-saving change of binding agents in the field.
- Thanks to the foldable guide carriage, the net/film rolls can be loaded safely from the floor. The rollers are ergonomically and conveniently positioned at an angle on the guide carriage.
- The roller-supported rail allows the net/film roll to be pushed onto the bracket with the least possible effort.
- The switching function controlled from the cab ensures a quick changeover between net and film on the three rollers. The active tying agent is automatically trailed back onto the roller and the magazine is rotated to the target position of the selected tying agent roller.
- In combination with the Rapid Relaod System, the Comfort Load System 2.0 offers enormous time savings when handling the weighty net/film rolls, maximum user-friendliness and safety and minimises damage to the binding agent.

Choose the best controls for your round baler.

ISOBUS for maximum convenience

For each Fendt variable round baler there are three operating version available. Your Fendt round baler can be best controlled via the ISOBUS interface. If both the round baler and tractor are equipped with ISOBUS, just connect the ISOBUS plug to the tractor and gain full control over the baler on the tractor's built-in terminals, including the Fendt Varioterminal. This can be used to make default settings for the crop, select the soft core function, select from 10 bale settings, monitor the capacity level and pre-select the knife groups.

E-Link Pro

E-Link Pro is an external touch panel which communicates with the baler via the ISOBUS standard. If offers almost the same range of functions as on the Fendt Varioterminal to control the baler. The E-Link Pro is quickly and easily fitted on the tractor and is simple to operate. The high-contrast display can be read easily

even in strong sunlight.

Bale Control

All key information is also at your fingertips in Bale Control. The control terminal is user-friendly and even offers a help menu, with which the explanation of individual functions and settings can be read directly off the terminal. Acoustic signals also help during work.
