The Polish Fendt team with the award at Agrotech Kielce
Alongside the new generation Fendt 500 Vario and the completely redesigned Fendt 800 Vario, Agrotech Kielce also displayed machines from the Fendt Full-Line, including the Fendt Rogator 600 and Fendt green harvesting machinery. On the first day of the fair, a panel of experts honours the best innovations and technical solutions in a traditional ceremony. The Fendt 500 Vario series impressed the jury with its “versatility, operational efficiency and user-friendliness”.
“The Fendt 500 Vario series has been popular among Polish farmers for many years. This new generation features a complete redesign and introduces technologies such as VarioDrive and a fully integrated tyre pressure control system to the 130 hp and above power class for the first time,” says Rafał Mikołajczak, product specialist for Fendt tractors in Poland. ‘This award shows that we are meeting farmers’ requirements with the new generation.’
Fendt 500 Vario
The fourth generation of the compact Fendt 500 Vario series incorporates a range of technologies, including VarioDrive in synergy with the AGCO Power CORE50 engine, the Fendt iD low-speed concept, and the Fendt DynamicPerformance added power concept. These features are available across all models. The vehicle is designed for high payloads and drawbar loads, as well as flexible applications. Numerous systems, such as trailer brake assist, reverse fan and newly developed drawbar lighting, simplify farmers' daily work. All of these can be intuitively and easily operated via the onboard FendtONE system.
